NEW! Advanced PV Training Course for G59 - Chesterfield
Do you want to stay a step ahead of the pack? Then you're on our wavelength!

Make the most of medium-scale installation opportunities by getting up to speed on the G59 process & requirements quickly with this 1 day master class.

Installations of PV systems over 16A per phase are subject to a different set of engineering recommendations and procedures from design through to commissioning.

With substantial index-linked ROI available for MCS certified solar PV installs, medium-scale installation enquiries are no longer uncommon. Why not tap into that high revenue potential rather than passing up the job?

Course Objective
The scope of this course is for theory relating to installations up to 100kWp and is designed to act as a supplement to training and experience of smaller scale systems up 10kWp on a 3 phase supply. The scope is also defined to the use of existing wiring installations rather than new supply lines.

Course Outline
• Design and specification of medium scale G59 grid connected PV systems;
• Protection requirements;
• Distribution Network Operator (DNO) liaison process;
• DNO notification & paperwork
• System testing procedures
